YOU MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON YOUR PACKAGE IN ORDER FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE PROCESSED. 

You may return most new, undamaged items purchased through our online store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price of the item(s) excluding the original shipping fee. If you have received a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service directly for further assistance by emailing [email protected] or by filling out our contact form here. 

For a limited time we are offering FREE returns. 

Refund Processing Timeframe

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, it is likely you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Orders placed using Gift Cards will be refunded for the Gift Card Amount first and any Credit Amounts last.

Exclusions

• Any product that has been altered cannot be returned. 
• Digital Gift Cards are non-refundable. 

Exchanges

We are unable to provide exchanges at this time. You may return most new, undamaged items purchased through our website for a refund and then reorder in the correct size.

SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the continental U.S., note that there are restrictions on some products.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

In-stock orders generally ship within 1-3 days. Once in transit shipments normally take around 4-7 business days to arrive. Continental US ONLY. Delivery is NOT available to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.

In-stock orders placed by 1:00 pm EST (Monday – Friday) are guaranteed same-day shipment. Your order will arrive in 2 business days by the end of the second business day. Continental US ONLY. Delivery is NOT available to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.
