TUO GEAR runs across the front in raised embroidery, wide and unbroken, with the TUO(R) wave stitched underneath it. It goes that wide because nothing is in its way. Five panel construction puts one solid piece of cotton twill across the front of the Fieldhouse Hat instead of splitting it down the middle with a seam, so the wordmark gets the whole panel.
The crown is high and structured. It stands up off your forehead instead of sitting down on it, and it keeps standing there whether your head is in it or not. The bill comes precurved. No breaking it in over a coffee can to get the shape you wanted in the first place.
The shell is 100% cotton twill, tight and even through the weave. A standard sweatband runs the inside. An adjustable snap backstrap sets the fit in back. One panel. One name. Nothing between them.

Bend your elbow and put your hand on your hip. Measure from the center of the back of your neck, along the shoulder and down the elbow to the wrist bone.
Measure around the fullest part of your chest while keeping the measuring tape horizontal.
Measure around your waist where your pants typically sit while keeping the tape horizontal.
Measure from the crotch down to your leg where you like your pants to fit. Typically around the ankle.
With hand partially closed, measure over the knuckles, around the hand, excluding the thumb.
Measure around the largest part of your calf (over pants). Then match the measurement to the gaiter sizes listed above.
