The TUO Gear AMP Puffy Pant is built for versatility, designed as a durable glassing pant for rugged backcountry adventures but refined with a sleek, tapered cut that makes it the perfect midlayer for whitetail hunts. Constructed from 100% Nylon Woven Ripstop for exceptional durability and packed with 40g Paralite™ Lightweight Breathable Insulation, these pants deliver serious warmth without the bulk, while maintaining a modern silhouette that works equally well on its own or layered under outerwear.
Engineered with a quiet, matte-finish face fabric, the AMP Puffy Pant blends toughness and stealth — no shiny surfaces to give you away in the field. The fabric is treated with a water-resistant finish that beads moisture and dries fast, keeping you comfortable even in damp conditions.
Thoughtfully sized for a flexible mid-layer fit, the AMP Puffy Pant slips easily over your base layer or lightweight hunting pants, yet remains trim enough to wear under rain or shell layers without bulk. Full-length side zippers allow quick on-and-off access without removing boots, making gear changes in the field fast and hassle-free.
For ultimate packability, the pant conveniently stuffs into its own pocket, perfect for stowing away when the temperature rises or when you’re on the move.

If you measure between sizes, or prefer a loose or a roomy fit for layering, we recommend upsizing.

TUO Gear builds apparel around the idea of layering and how it will be used in the field. With designs based on function and it's end use, each garment is tailored to work with one another.
We like to breakdown our fit in 3 different categories. Each garment is built with its layering position in mind. Some garments are made to be next to skin and others are made go over mid and base layers.
Designed specifically for next to skin layering. This pertains to our Kinetic merino collection.
Designed to accommodate layering to adapt with the climate changes from early to late season.
Designed for maximum layering in the worst conditions. Built with a roomier cut to accommodate base layers and mid-layers.
